Transformation Program Manager - Source CoE

About the role

The Source Center of Excellence is looking for a seasoned Program Manager with experience managing Source to Pay transformation programs. The Transformation Program Manager leads a portfolio of transformation programs affecting the Sourcing/Procurement organization, delivering them end to end while managing interdependencies across workstreams, functions and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), and ensure delivery within scope, budget and quality.
• Monitor resource needs and work with cross-functional teams, and partner with Finance on budgets and spend.
• Translate executive strategy into actionable plans, prioritise initiatives and ensure measurable business value such as cost savings, efficiency, growth and risk reduction.
• Serve as the main liaison between business teams, IT and SI partners, and run executive-level governance including steering committees and status reporting.
• Own change management: communication, training and adoption, and mitigation of resistance and risks.
• Identify and resolve program risks and issues, maintain program health metrics and escalation frameworks.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 7-10 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, operations or a related field.
• Experience with digital transformation tools such as ERP and S2P systems (Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba).
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, consulting or large-enterprise transformation experience, strong data analytics and reporting skills.
