Treasures Assistant Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking

About the role

DBS Treasures is a leading wealth management platform in Singapore serving onshore and offshore affluent clients, offering a range of wealth management solutions from investments to legacy planning. The Assistant Relationship Manager (TARM) works within the Consumer Banking Group, supporting Treasures clients alongside relationship managers, investment counsellors and bancassurance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the service standards set for Treasures staff to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer requests promptly and consistently, in line with regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements.
• Attend all relevant training and briefings.
• Follow up on customer service requests and issues daily, and complete service-related transactions and ad-hoc projects assigned by the Treasures Client Service Manager; assist walk-in customers.
• Identify customers' financial needs and refer cross-selling opportunities to Treasures Relationship Managers and specialists.
• Process and verify customer instructions for investment products, and offer information on investment products and services, for TARMs certified in advisory.

Required profile

• Polytechnic diploma or bachelor's degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in banking or financial services, preferably in branch operations or financial advisory.
• Meticulous, with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Sound knowledge of banking products, services and procedures, and a good understanding of financial and investment products.
• The selected candidate must be CMFAS certified as part of the role requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications such as Microsoft Office.
• CMFAS certification.
