Treasury Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist to join Wise’s Treasury Team in Singapore. You will help optimise global money‑movement processes, manage cash and liquidity, and support product launches while ensuring efficient risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash movements and plan/execute liquidity trades to ensure timely delivery of customer funds.
• Innovate and improve global money‑movement processes to achieve near‑instant, low‑cost transfers.
• Collaborate with Treasury Markets to plan and execute FX trades, managing group‑wide FX risk.
• Support product teams with treasury solutions for new or existing currencies and product launches.
• Act as a point of contact for international banks and counterparties across the APAC region.
• Drive product and process improvements, working with payment operation specialists, engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product managers.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury operations or a related specialist role.
• Highly accurate and organized, with strong attention to detail and thorough documentation habits.
• Process‑oriented and efficiency‑driven mindset.
