Tuition Centre Operations Manager

About the role

The Tuition Centre Operations Manager will lead daily operations across two enrichment centres in Punggol and City Square Mall. This hands‑on role ensures high service standards, drives enrolment and retention, and delivers a consistent experience for students and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales, service and operational performance of both centres.
• Lead centre teams to meet enrolment, retention, conversion and service targets.
• Drive sales by following up on enquiries, trial classes and enrolment opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and students to enhance satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Handle parent feedback, service recovery and escalated matters professionally.
• Guide staff on customer service, daily operations and centre processes.
• Manage teachers’ attendance, punctuality, parent communication and operational follow‑through.
• Ensure class readiness, scheduling, centre presentation and service standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions on sales, retention or operational gaps.
• Utilise company CRM and student management platforms for lead management, record keeping and reporting.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in education, enrichment, service, retail, hospitality or centre‑based operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership or team‑management experience.
• Experience in the education or enrichment sector is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with parents, students and staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM and student management platforms.
