About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tuition Coordinator & Admin to join Singapore's leading education agency. You will be the first point of contact for families seeking tutoring services and will ensure smooth scheduling and administrative support for both clients and tutors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the agency’s tuition services.
• Respond to warm leads via forms, calls, and messaging platforms (no cold‑calling).
• Match clients with suitable tutor profiles based on their requirements.
• Arrange and confirm first tuition lessons for clients and tutors.
• Provide after‑sales support and follow‑up administrative tasks.
• Utilise the company’s custom automation software for scheduling and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic team player with a strong work ethic.
• Organised with good administrative abilities.
• Polite, patient and able to deliver excellent customer service.
• Commitment to stay with the company for at least one year.
• Open to fresh polytechnic or university graduates; no prior experience required.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
