Urgent HR Admin Executive – West Govt Sector

About the role

We are seeking an energetic HR Admin Executive to support our West government‑sector projects across Singapore. The role involves handling end‑to‑end employee administration, from onboarding to off‑boarding, and ensuring smooth processing of claims, grants and welfare programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding procedures for staff.
• Process employee claims, grants, course applications and welfare allocations.
• Maintain and update employee personal records and leave balances.
• Assist with promotion, demotion and award processes.
• Conduct gift valuations and oversee welfare grant distribution.
• Perform ad‑hoc HR tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field, or A‑levels with at least one year relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 2,500 – 3,200.
