User Growth Associate – Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven User Growth Associate to join our Singapore marketing team. You will own end‑to‑end growth campaigns, from audience identification and voucher design to performance analysis and iterative optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute growth initiatives that boost traffic, acquisition, retention, and GMV across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and external partners to align campaigns with broader Shopee programs.
• Manage campaign budgets, set targets, and monitor performance metrics.
• Design and run gamification, voucher, and landing‑page experiments, analysing results for continuous improvement.
• Support brand health tracking, regional research projects and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Execute digital media campaigns on Google, social and programmatic channels, working with creative teams on assets.
• Assist SEO efforts, including keyword expansion and optimisation, together with the regional SEO team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in e‑commerce, technology or digital marketing.
• Comfort with A/B testing, quantitative analysis and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and take ownership of projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
