User Operations & Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support user operations and marketing initiatives at Greypanel. The role combines product feedback analysis, community management and campus‑focused growth campaigns, offering a hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse user feedback on core product features such as event creation, registration, chat and community functions, and prepare weekly insights reports.
• Design and execute campus marketing campaigns, including weekend, holiday and themed promotions, and coordinate partnership activities with merchants and student organisations.
• Create engaging content for Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok and Instagram, producing at least two posts and one short‑form video each week to strengthen the KakiLah brand.
• Build relationships with student clubs, KOLs/KOCs and lifestyle creators from NTU, NUS, SMU and other universities, and manage partnership campaigns and community events.
• Oversee Xiaohongshu community groups, summarise user feedback and support both online and offline community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant programme.
• Strong interest in product experience, digital marketing and community building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with product, marketing and partnership teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms: Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Instagram.
