Vice President, Global Supply Chain

About the role

The Vice President, Global Supply Chain will own the end‑to‑end supply chain strategy for a fast‑growing, highly regulated medical‑device company. You will design and execute a scalable, efficient supply chain ecosystem that supports global commercialization of the OdonAssist™ device.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain strategy across manufacturing partners, material suppliers, logistics providers and distribution networks.
• Drive simplification, scalability and operational excellence in a high‑growth environment.
• Assess, design and implement supply chain systems, tools and data infrastructure for planning, inventory management, visibility and partner integration.
• Establish standardized processes and reliable data foundations.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Care, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance functions.
• Build a modern, system‑enabled supply chain ecosystem while starting as a one‑person department.

Required profile

• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Experience scaling supply chain operations in high‑growth, highly regulated businesses.
• Comfort with limited automation and manual processes, and ability to introduce automation.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
