Vice President, Hospitality Operations – Southeast Asia & Oceania

About the role

The Vice President, Hospitality Operations for Southeast Asia & Oceania leads the regional hotel portfolio of a global hotel group. Reporting to Group Headquarters in China, the role ensures alignment of strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for hotel operations across the region.
• Direct Regional Operations leaders, Country Heads, Area General Managers, and Hotel General Managers.
• Drive execution of the Group's business strategy, operating standards, and brand promise.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Assume accountability for financial performance, including revenue, GOP, EBITDA, RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, and market share.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Asset Management to maximise portfolio performance.
• Champion guest‑centric service standards and monitor guest satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Commercially driven senior hospitality executive with extensive multi‑country operating experience.
• Strong cultural intelligence and ability to lead complex hotel portfolios across diverse markets.
• Proven track record in delivering financial results and operational excellence.
• Experience in strategic planning, performance management, and risk mitigation.
