Vice President, Revenue & Guest Experience

About the role

Our client, a leading hospitality multinational, is seeking a Vice President of Revenue & Guest Experience to steer commercial performance across retail, licensed product development, and food & beverage operations. This senior leader will shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and operational performance for retail merchandising and F&B businesses.
• Develop and execute merchandise strategies, including product development, category planning, assortment optimisation, and seasonal launches.
• Manage end‑to‑end collaboration projects with brand and content partners, aligning launch timelines with commercial objectives.
• Oversee merchandising planning and retail operations to maximise sales, profitability, and efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional teams while managing budgets, P&L, and overall business performance.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in retail, attractions, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Proven track record in merchandise planning, product development, and managing licensed‑product collaborations.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, category management, product lifecycle, and go‑to‑market execution.
• Experience leading large, multi‑functional teams with strong stakeholder management in fast‑paced environments.
