Vice President, Structured Finance

About the role

Green Link Digital Bank, Singapore’s first wholesale digital bank, is looking for a Vice President to lead its Structured Finance unit. Reporting to the Head of Structured Finance, you will drive origination, structuring, and syndication of private credit and high‑yield transactions across APAC mid‑cap corporates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and originate financing opportunities in private credit and high‑yield markets, building a robust deal pipeline.
• Maintain relationships with mid‑cap borrowers, private‑equity sponsors, credit funds and other market participants.
• Lead structuring of senior secured loans, mezzanine, bridge financing and other high‑yield solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate terms, credit proposals, financial models and transaction documentation.
• Manage internal approval processes with clear credit submissions.
• Design and execute syndication strategies, including bilateral placements, club formation and selective sell‑downs.
• Coordinate lender outreach, information flow and execution to ensure timely participation.
• Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks and investor appetite, providing strategic insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; postgraduate qualifications or CFA a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in leveraged finance, private credit, DCM, structured lending, loan trading or related areas.
• Proven track record of originating or executing private credit or syndicated financing transactions.
• Strong understanding of loan structuring, credit analysis and execution processes.
• Established network with sponsors, corporates and financial intermediaries.
