Vice President Supply Chain – APAC

About the role

The Vice President of Supply Chain for APAC will report directly to the CEO of Asia Pacific and be accountable for the regional P&L. This senior leader will transform the end‑to‑end supply chain into a strategic advantage while ensuring regulatory compliance for a premium consumer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the APAC P&L, balancing service levels, cash flow and cost‑to‑serve.
• Design a resilient network that aligns demand‑supply planning, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics to accelerate speed‑to‑market.
• Provide executive governance over product registrations, ingredient compliance and labeling to guarantee on‑schedule launches.
• Modernise indirect spend across marketing, creative agencies, IT and digital services without diluting brand standards.
• Mentor a matrixed regional team, champion data‑driven transformation and lead high‑profile projects such as setting up a regional distribution centre and consolidated demand/supply planning COEs.
• Deliver measurable logistics savings, inventory optimisation and regulatory risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level supply chain experience in premium consumer goods across APAC.
• Proven ability to bridge operational logistics, complex regulatory frameworks and commercial growth strategies.
• Track record managing premium vendors, global creative agencies and large‑scale 3PL contracts.
• Experience establishing greenfield distribution hubs and centralised demand/supply planning centres.
• Strong advisory skills to C‑suite executives and talent‑development capabilities.
