Visitor Experience Agent – Digital Light Canvas (Temp)

About the role

The Visitor Experience Agent will deliver a high‑quality experience to guests across Marina Bay Sands attractions, including the Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and the Digital Light Canvas. This temporary position involves engaging visitors, promoting attractions and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent visitor service and manage day‑to‑day operations in admissions and public areas.
• Assist guests with enquiries, direct them to appropriate resources, and promote the attractions.
• Guide casual staff on visitor engagement and operational procedures.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Service Quality Review standards.
• Maintain product knowledge of all offerings and safeguard museum artifacts when deployed.
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Perform shift duties responsibly and report to the Assistant Manager/Manager.
• Handle attraction bookings, ticket sales and event coordination.

Required profile

• Secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.
• Strong guest‑relations and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• High energy, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Calm demeanor under pressure and good judgment.
• Professional appearance and well‑groomed.
• Team player who can work with minimal supervision and speak confidently in front of groups.
