VMware Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior VMware Infrastructure Specialist to lead enterprise‑grade virtualization projects across the APAC region. You will work on large‑scale VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX‑T, and related technologies for banking, telecom and cloud service provider clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure and optimise VMware Cloud Foundation environments.
• Implement and manage NSX‑T network virtualization and security solutions, including NSX‑V to NSX‑T migrations.
• Deploy, troubleshoot and support vSAN infrastructure.
• Maintain and enhance vRealize Suite components such as vROps, Log Insight, Network Insight, Automation, Lifecycle Manager and Workspace ONE Access.
• Perform product upgrades across vSphere, NSX, vSAN and vCloud Director.
• Support telco NFV environments and multi‑site data centre infrastructures.
• Integrate VMware solutions with Palo Alto, F5, AlgoSec and Splunk.
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks, UAT support and knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on VMware infrastructure implementation experience.
• Senior‑level expertise with VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX‑T, vSphere, vSAN and the vRealize Suite.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑grade NSX migrations.
• Eligibility: Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
• Ability to work independently in customer‑facing engagements.
