Voyage Product Lead - Asia & French Polynesia

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Voyage Product Lead to shape the guest experience across Asia and French Polynesia. In this senior role you will define regional product strategies, translate cultural insights into compelling on‑board and on‑shore offerings, and ensure every voyage reflects the brand’s Gold Standards of luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own regional product strategies that leverage culture, geography, seasonality and local context.
• Translate destination insights into product direction for food & beverage, entertainment, activities, events and excursions.
• Monitor travel trends, guest expectations and competitive offerings to generate innovation opportunities.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for assigned regions, providing guidance to cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Experience Design and Voyage Design to ensure authentic regional identity in programming, culinary experiences and itinerary planning.
• Identify and collaborate with regional partners to create on‑shore and on‑board experiences.
• Contribute to seasonal and thematic experience development and support voyage planning with destination‑inspired themes and narratives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product strategy or product development within hospitality, travel or luxury sectors.
• Deep understanding of Asian and French Polynesian cultures, traditions and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills to turn market insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across design, planning and operations teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering ultra‑luxury guest experiences.
