About the role

The Vice President, Equity & Crypto Derivatives Solutions leads the growth, profitability and strategic development of the Equity and Crypto Derivatives business across the wealth management franchise. The role partners with Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, Product Managers and Global Financial Markets stakeholders to deliver structured investment solutions, covering product strategy, franchise development, client engagement, digital transformation and end-to-end product oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability of the Equity and Crypto Derivatives business, with accountability for revenue and budget across the wealth management franchise
• Build the franchise across Private Banking, Treasures Private Client and Treasures segments, increasing client penetration and product adoption
• Generate, structure and present differentiated investment ideas and advise Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors on structured solutions
• Oversee the full lifecycle of structured products, from ideation and pricing to execution, order management, post-trade support and client servicing
• Ensure operational excellence across sales, trading, operations, legal, compliance and risk management
• Stay ahead of market, regulatory and industry trends, and ensure adherence to regulations, policies and risk standards
• Partner with stakeholders, act as the subject matter expert, and champion digital transformation, data analytics and automation
• Lead product education, training and thought leadership, and produce management reports, presentations, marketing materials and term sheets

Required profile

• At least 5-7 years of equity and crypto derivative sales experience in a Global Markets/Private Banking setup
• Track record of originating, structuring and presenting investment solutions and driving revenue growth
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders
• Strong digital mindset, with experience driving digital transformation and innovation

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of equity derivatives, structured products and crypto derivatives
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end structured product lifecycle, including sales, execution, operations and post-trade management
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
