VP, Product Manager, Managed Solutions (Private Banking)

About the role

DBS is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join its Managed Solutions team in the Private Banking, Consumer Banking Group. You will manage, govern and strategically develop the investment fund platform, focusing on Hedge Funds and Long-Only fund solutions. You will drive product initiatives, oversee fund lifecycle management, improve platform capabilities and work with internal stakeholders and external asset managers so the platform stays competitive and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of the Managed Solutions fund platform, including product governance, lifecycle management and oversight of client-facing materials and publications.
• Drive development and launch of new investment solutions, platform enhancements and funds, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve operating processes, strengthen controls and boost efficiency through workflow simplification, automation and digital initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive developments and client needs to support product positioning and business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in investment products, product management, fund platform management or product strategy within private banking, wealth management, asset management or alternative investments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a commercial and client-centric mindset.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Hedge Funds, Funds of Hedge Funds, liquid alternatives and traditional fund structures.
• Good understanding of fund lifecycle events, product governance, operational workflows and distribution frameworks.
• Attention to detail reviewing technical fund documentation, marketing materials and product communications.
• Preferred: CFA or CAIA charter (or progress towards it).
• Preferred: familiarity with Bloomberg, Morningstar and Albourne; interest in digital solutions, workflow automation and AI-enabled tools.
