VP, Wealth Journey & Experience Lead, Consumer Banking

About the role

This role governs the digital channel wealth user experience for both clients and staff, ensuring a harmonized, coherent and best-in-class experience across core wealth pillars (Product & Execution, Advisory, Servicing, Onboarding). It drives continuous improvement and aligns with DBS's vision for world-leading financial platforms. The position is based at the DBS Asia Hub, on a regular full-time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance frameworks for wealth user experience across client and staff channels, aligned with the four core wealth pillars
• Benchmark DBS's wealth journeys against industry best practice and propose strategic enhancements
• Review upcoming wealth journeys, identify friction points and agree action plans with journey owners
• Run regular journey review cadences and secure endorsement of key decisions from senior management
• Operationalise the digital channel wealth user experience governance framework
• Collaborate with product, advisory, servicing and onboarding teams, and work with country and regional stakeholders to harmonize wealth and retail digital experiences
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, support change management and present findings to senior management

Required profile

• 7 years of relevant experience designing and governing user journeys and digital features across multiple channels
• Proven ability to drive change within a department and to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and proven negotiation ability with clients, partners, vendors, regulators and other stakeholders

Required skills

• Practical experience with Design Thinking methodologies and digital product journey management
• Understanding of wealth products, wealth management processes and segment differentiation
• Ability to use data, digital and technology to optimize resources and streamline processes
