About the role

The Waiter/Waitress – Outlets will deliver consistent, high‑quality service to guests at Grand Hyatt Singapore. You will be the front‑line host for food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a courteous and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned outlet(s) with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to hotel standards, health and safety regulations, and service protocols.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (due to work‑pass quota).
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in hotel or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
