Warehouse Assistant – Assistant Logistics Supervisor

About the role
Join a dynamic logistics team in Tuas, Singapore, as a Warehouse Assistant supporting the Assistant Logistics Supervisor. You will help ensure smooth order processing, inventory control, and safe warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Follow superior’s instructions and handle customer orders accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading drums (up to 18 kg).
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and transportation teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and supervise warehouse staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and uphold safety standards.
- Conduct daily warehouse inspections.
- Support night‑shift operations from the 16th to month‑end.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Prior logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Team player who can also work independently.
Required skills
What we offer
- Permanent employment.
- Basic salary of SGD 2,100–2,300 per month.
- Mobile allowance, attendance incentive, and performance bonus.
