Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant

About the role

Toll Group is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant to join its operations team on the east side of Singapore. The role covers stock movement, inventory accuracy, WMS use and general warehouse administration.

Key responsibilities

• Perform stock movement activities including receiving, issuing and bin-to-bin transfers
• Keep inventory and stock locations accurate within the warehouse
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and warehouse transactions
• Support warehouse administration and documentation processes
• Monitor and record relative humidity readings daily
• Load and unload goods onto milk run lorries
• Support ad hoc retrieval and return of kitted parts and packaging
• Assist with audit preparation and stock checks
• Maintain good housekeeping and daily 5S standards
• Support general warehouse operations as assigned

Required profile

• Valid forklift licence
• Prior experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience in warehouse administration or inventory coordination preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse receiving, issuing and stock movement processes
• Able to handle physical warehouse duties
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Immediate availability or short notice candidates preferred
• Must be entitled to work in Singapore and ready for pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm, five and a half working days per week. Candidates who do not fully meet the requirements but have similar skills and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
