Warehouse Assistant – Singapore

About the role

Join IFF’s dynamic warehouse team in Chin Bee, Singapore. As a Warehouse Assistant you will support the safe and efficient handling of inbound and outbound goods, contributing to the company’s global leadership in flavors, fragrances, and health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks safely and in line with company procedures.
• Support inbound and outbound goods handling, verifying items against delivery orders and pick lists.
• Assist with material movements such as refilling tanks, put‑away, loading, and unloading.
• Carry out basic activities including sampling, checking, picking, and labelling.
• Complete required SAP transactions accurately.
• Follow safety instructions and maintain clean, hygienic work areas.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Ability to work in odorous environments and handle heavy loads.
• Basic understanding of chemical hazard labels.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
