Warehouse Operations Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Executive will support daily movement, preparation and fulfilment of products across retail, e‑commerce and events. This hands‑on role ensures stock is organised, accurately recorded and dispatched efficiently in a fast‑moving SME environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check and organise incoming stock; sort and arrange merchandise; price‑tag and ready new arrivals for retail and online launches.
• Pick, pack and prepare stock for store replenishment, transfers and e‑commerce orders; maintain a clean and efficient warehouse and stock area.
• Assist with regular stock counts, inventory checks and update basic inventory records in the system; report discrepancies, damages and operational issues.
• Process online order fulfilment, prepare parcels for courier collection, handle exchanges, returns and returned merchandise.
• Prepare, pack and coordinate stock for pop‑up events, assist with event setup, stock movement and teardown, and support retail operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, retail stockroom or e‑commerce fulfilment is an advantage; entry‑level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory, POS and e‑commerce systems.
• Ability to perform hands‑on duties such as packing, tagging, sorting and safe handling of cartons and merchandise.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
