Warehouse Operator

About the role
The Warehouse Operator will support material preparation, inventory handling and outbound shipping in a fast‑paced logistics environment. You will work closely with line supervisors to ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain smooth flow across multiple workstations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inventories from the warehouse assistant according to wave orders and pick required items for processing.
- Prepare and fold packing materials, replenish inventories at Medallion Auto Loader, Pick‑To‑Light, and packaging stations.
- Operate stations 1‑6, including Medallion loading, laser station monitoring, CCD visual checks, pick‑to‑light accessory placement, QC checking, packing, and shipping label generation.
- Record rejected items, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure proper recycling of Medallion tubing.
- Place finished boxes in the designated outbound area and handle invoice pouch preparation.
Required profile
- Secondary level education.
- 1–2 years of related warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to read and write English.
Required skills
- Basic PC operation.
