Warehouse Quality Inspector – 4-Day Week, Tampines

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks according to established standards.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished goods.
• Identify, record and report defects or non‑conformities.
• Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Uphold good housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Perform other quality‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working at heights and complying with safety requirements.
• Effective communication in English.
