About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound stock movements, maintain accurate inventory records, and support daily warehouse operations on Jurong Island.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse inbound/outbound stocks and maintain database accuracy.
  • Execute daily inbound and outbound operations, including picking, packing, and issuing goods.
  • Submit daily inventory reports to sales, production, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct monthly stock‑take exercises and perform daily inventory data entry.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve inventory or operational issues promptly.

Required profile

  • Minimum CGE “O” level / Nitec / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  • Preferably possess a Class 3 driving licence.
  • At least 5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
