Warehouse Supervisor – Senior Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Bishan facility, overseeing inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, and staff performance. This senior executive role ensures efficient warehouse processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verifying invoices.
• Manage inventory accuracy, enforce FIFO/FEFO, and maintain housekeeping.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet KPIs, planning delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.
• Lead, coach, and discipline staff, uphold WSH standards, and drive safety/process improvements.
• Handle operations paperwork and liaise with Purchasing, Operations, and Finance.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O‑Level; Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Certified to operate forklifts, stackers, and pallet jacks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP and inventory control systems.
• Operation of forklifts, stackers, and pallet jacks.
