Warehouse Worker

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Changi, Singapore. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring safe and efficient operations within our warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to move, stack, and retrieve goods (certification required).
• Manually carry, lift, and move cartons and household items as needed.
• Secure goods to pallets, label, and prepare items for storage or transportation.
• Transport inventory between storage locations and designated staging areas.
• Store goods in assigned locations following standard procedures.
• Retrieve items accurately based on delivery or client requirements.
• Maintain a clean, well‑labelled storage area and record inventory movements.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and report damaged goods, hazards, or equipment issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates from ITE/Higher Nitec/diploma are welcome; 2‑3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Computer literate and able to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.
• Hardworking, independent, proactive and able to multitask.

Required skills

• Valid forklift licence.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts.
• Basic knowledge of electrical repair (advantageous).
• Computer literacy for basic inventory systems.
