About the role
The Waste Collection Supervisor will lead daily waste management operations, ensuring safe and compliant handling of waste streams. This role reports to senior management and works closely with regulatory bodies and service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate waste collection, sorting, disposal, recycling, and treatment activities.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external service providers to maintain compliance with waste management regulations and permits.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify proper handling, storage, and disposal of various waste types.
- Oversee maintenance and operation of waste management equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and documentation.
