About the role

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual with a passion for watchmaking to join The Hour Glass as a Watch Specialist. In this client‑facing role you will act as an ambassador of the brand, ensuring every customer receives dignified, personalized service and engaging storytelling about our timepieces.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable service experiences to all clients.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Utilise the proprietary client‑eling platform to build and deepen long‑lasting relationships.
• Share specialised knowledge and stories about each watch to enhance the buying journey.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall performance.

• Thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong passion for watchmaking, people and sales.
• Commercial mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to form meaningful client relationships.
• Prior experience in retail or a client‑centric hospitality/service role; watch enthusiasts are a plus.
