Wise Platform Enterprise Specialist

About the role

Wise is hiring a Platform Enterprise Specialist in Singapore. As an Enterprise Support Specialist for Wise Platform, you will drive operational efficiency and scalability for partners (Embedded Solutions, Corresponded Services, Enterprise Accounts) and act as their internal champion, guiding them from implementation through ongoing optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational setup of new partners: deliver tailored training and workshops, set up Zendesk for data extraction, verify features against the Solution and Overview Matrix, and coordinate KM, QA, Training and other teams
• Build long-term relationships with partners, run deep-dive meetings, and give quarterly feedback on key accounts
• Provide high-level product and financial training, and proactively remove roadblocks
• Act as the partner's voice inside Wise, conveying feedback on documentation, API usability and other improvements to product and regional teams
• Monitor partner behaviour and account activity to prevent churn
• Advise on financial regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR and KYC/AML
• Troubleshoot software and integrations with technical teams and help manage incidents

Required profile

• Autonomous project management: define scope, set timelines and coordinate stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including presenting to partners via Zoom or in person
• Root-cause analysis and cross-regional collaboration across a globally distributed team
• Deep knowledge of Wise Platform products and of servicing functions (QA, WFM, L&D, KM, CM, CI)
• Understanding of operational processes and compliance regulations
