Workforce Transformation Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Workforce Transformation Senior Associate to help organisations solve complex business, workforce and technology challenges. The role involves partnering with senior client stakeholders and internal PwC teams to design and implement solutions that reshape how work is performed, build future‑ready capabilities and accelerate technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver workstreams within large‑scale business, technology, HR and workforce transformation programmes, from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Design practical transformation roadmaps that align business priorities with organisational implications, people impacts and measurable outcomes.
• Support organisation design, operating model changes, role and capability definition, governance and workforce transition planning.
• Develop workforce strategy, planning, skill transformation, learning, culture and leadership solutions that meet client objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on workforce, HR or organisational change.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with senior client stakeholders and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
