Workplace Ambassador

About the role

JLL is hiring a Workplace Ambassador for an on-site position in Singapore. The role creates a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees, clients and guests, and covers visitor management, concierge services, meeting room booking, mail handling and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Site operations: manage visitor information, handle internal and external calls and correspondence, anticipate client needs, manage stationery requisition and inventory, and carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Workplace Manager.
• Customer services: provide authentic, caring and timely service to internal and external customers, foster a sense of community and plan community events inside and outside the office.
• Visitor management: register visitors efficiently, ensure regulatory compliance of visitor access through client systems, manage visitor movement and execute the emergency response plan when needed.
• Concierge services: deliver concierge service with local expertise, and manage transportation requests from visitors and employees.
• Meeting room booking: assist clients in optimising meeting room bookings, turn around rooms efficiently and educate clients on efficient use.
• Mail delivery: organise receipt and delivery of mail and couriers, and manage mail distribution records and logs.

Required profile

• 2 years' experience in hospitality and/or tourism or a related professional area.
• Diploma from an accredited institute.
• Prior experience managing meeting room services is an advantage.
• Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high-quality work.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
