Workplace & Engagement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Workplace & Engagement Coordinator to be the friendly face of our Singapore office. In this hands‑on, people‑focused role you will blend logistics, operations and hospitality to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment for employees, candidates and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet employees, candidates and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Coordinate with building security to manage arrivals and ensure a secure office.
• Support recruiting by welcoming candidates and keeping interview schedules on track.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
• Organise employee meals, office supplies, swag and coordinate with custodial, culinary and vendor teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting day‑to‑day issues and escalating when needed.
• Partner with the Employee Experience team on onboarding, daily needs and office events.
• Plan and execute office activities, meetings, off‑sites and client visits to keep morale high.

Required profile

• Professional, friendly presence with strong communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to follow through on multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a visible, customer‑facing role and lifting up to 35 lb.
• Adaptable to a fast‑moving environment and able to balance structure with flexibility.
• Experience in front‑desk, office coordination, hospitality or rapid‑growth companies is a plus.
