Account Associate – ANZ Market (Singapore)

About the role

This role is designed as a launchpad for future sellers at OpenAI. It is a highly strategic position with significant exposure to enterprise sales, product, and customer strategy, allowing you to develop core skills in discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication while deepening your understanding of how leading companies adopt AI.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi‑threading, and deal progression.
• Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signals to break into priority accounts.
• Lead high‑quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
• Build and iterate on AI‑enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/Agents) to scale prospecting and qualification.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales or strategic customer‑facing roles, preferably in finance or consulting.
• Consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments.
• Experience selling into regulated or complex industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence to build credibility with senior C‑Suite stakeholders and technical buyers.
• Strong interest in the AI landscape with ability to connect OpenAI products to real customer value.
• Passion for evangelizing new technology and helping the market understand what’s possible.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid pace, and high ownership.
