Account Executive – APAC (Enterprise Sales)

About the role

Primer is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to own the end‑to‑end sales of its unified payments platform across the APAC region. You will work with founders, CEOs, CTOs, CFOs and senior functional leaders, using a consultative approach to drive revenue and shape the customer strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise‑level accounts.
• Build a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking and strategic partnerships.
• Develop tailored sales strategies that demonstrate the value of Primer’s platform to key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product and Customer Success to deliver exceptional experiences and feed prospect insights back to the team.
• Contribute to sales process improvement projects and playbook development.
• Stay informed on industry trends and payment innovations to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Provide consultative selling to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Accurately forecast performance and maintain detailed records in the CRM.

Required profile
