Account Executive – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Naari, a global pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health, is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance & Accounting professional to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, statutory compliance and banking activities for its Singapore entity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping, including sales invoices, purchase orders, proforma invoices, expense accounting and month‑end close.
• Ensure accurate financial records, supporting documentation and secretarial compliance.
• Prepare and file quarterly GST returns and support other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, company secretarial consultants and external advisors in Singapore and abroad.
• Process banking and payment transactions, ensuring timely payments and liaising with banks for trade‑related documents.
• Provide management with financial reports, information and other accounting deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, independent worker with strong ownership.
