Account Executive – Finance Operations

About the role

Kinexcs is seeking a proactive Account Executive to join its finance team. The role focuses on daily accounting operations and offers exposure to audit, tax, and finance improvement initiatives within a fast‑growing international business.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
• Handle bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare journal entries and conduct account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare audit and tax schedules and support historical accounting matters.
• Contribute to improving finance documentation and processes.
• Support other finance‑related activities as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
