Account Manager – Coffee Wholesale (HORECA & Corporate)

About the role

PPP Coffee is expanding its commercial and wholesale business across Singapore and seeks a proactive Account Manager to drive growth within the HORECA and corporate segments. You will be the primary liaison for hotels, restaurants, cafés and corporate clients, ensuring they receive expert guidance and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA and corporate accounts, focusing on retention and expansion.
• Provide timely product advice, support, and solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct basic coffee training sessions for wholesale clients.
• Onboard new clients and oversee 90‑day check‑ins and annual reviews.
• Generate new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and cross‑sell additional PPP Coffee products.
• Prepare customised sales proposals, deliver presentations, and organise coffee tastings.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while working closely with sales and marketing.
• Represent PPP Coffee at trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of account management experience, preferably in FMCG or F&B.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee and coffee machines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
