Accountant

About the role

The Accountant in the Finance team at Mandala Club will manage daily accounting operations, acting as a bridge between the operational side and finance leadership. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely invoicing, and smooth reconciliation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CFO, General Manager and Senior Finance Manager in financial matters.
• Collaborate with the Membership department and an outsourced accounting partner in Singapore.
• Handle daily general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Prepare and support invoice processing.
• Reconcile debtor and creditor statements.
• Produce daily sales reports and weekly CMS payment reconciliations.
• Compile monthly gym financial report reconciliations.
• Respond to auditor inquiries and perform other ad‑hoc finance tasks.
