Accountant – Real Estate Investment & Fund Management

About the role

We are a growing Singapore‑based real estate investment and fund management firm seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to strengthen our finance team. You will support the full accounting cycle for commercial and income‑generating assets while working closely with leadership on financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full or partial sets of accounts, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments and journal entries accurately and on schedule.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Prepare management accounts, financial statements and reporting packs for leadership review.
• Support GST filing and other compliance submissions, liaising with external tax agents, auditors and corporate secretaries.
• Monitor daily cash positions, assist with cash‑flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Track rental income, follow up on outstanding receipts and execute vendor, payroll and financing payments.
• Handle corporate banking matters such as account openings, KYC requests and related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and financial records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong accounting fundamentals with experience in finance operations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proactive and responsible, comfortable in a lean team.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in real estate, investment or fund management is an advantage.
