About the role

We are looking for an Admin / Accounts Clerk to support our office operations in Singapore. The role combines basic accounting tasks with general administrative duties, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and issue invoices and quotations for clients.
Monitor employee attendance and process monthly salaries.
Handle CPF contributions and related statutory payments.
Carry out general administrative work such as applying for safety courses, work permits and insurance.
Assist with other ad‑hoc office tasks as required.

Required profile

Education in ITE Accounting, a related accounting qualification, or relevant work experience.
Attention to detail and ability to handle routine financial paperwork.
Willingness to learn on the job; training will be provided.

Full‑time permanent position with a salary range of SGD 2,000‑2,800 per month, commensurate with experience.
