Administrative Assistant – Equipment Inspection (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our security system service operations across Singapore. The role involves remote equipment inspections, data tracking, and coordination with onsite engineers to ensure optimal system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine equipment and system inspections remotely using online software platforms.
• Record maintenance findings in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Perform remote audits of corrective maintenance activities carried out by onsite engineers.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks remotely, including software updates, calibration verification, and system optimization.
• Meet individual and team targets for monthly preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with onsite engineers to plan and schedule maintenance activities effectively.
• Analyze performance data and trends to proactively identify potential issues and improvement areas.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Google Sheets for data management.

What we offer

• Monthly salary up to SGD 2,200.
• 1‑year renewable contract based on performance.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm.
