About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client‑facing teams in Singapore. This part‑time, six‑month position involves handling compliance documentation, coordinating quotations, and providing general office support.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients on SCDF Declaration of Compliance (DOC) requests.
- Review, submit and track DOC requests on online platforms, issuing approvals to clients.
- Coordinate client quotations and follow‑up communications.
- Assist with client payment recovery and compile inspection schedules.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: NITEC or GCE ‘O’ Level.
- Preferably experienced in administrative support.
- Strong time‑management, coordination and service‑orientation.
- Positive, “can‑do” attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
