About the role
The Administrative Executive provides comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and planning support to senior management and their teams. This role ensures smooth division administration, effective coordination across functions, and seamless execution of travel, events, and budgeting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage senior leaders' calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and off‑site engagements.
- Arrange travel logistics, process expense claims, purchase requisitions, and invoice payments.
- Support staff with system access, procurement processes, and troubleshooting of administrative tools.
- Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding, maintain filing systems, and handle confidential documents.
- Oversee office assets, liaise with building management, procure supplies, and coordinate office renovations.
- Provide logistical support for department events, port tours, and internal/external functions.
- Support annual budget planning and monitor departmental expenditures.
- Serve as backup support for other divisions and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Business (as indicated in the truncated qualifications line).
