Aircraft Mechanic – Line Maintenance (Singapore)

About the role

As an Aircraft Mechanic based in Singapore, you will deliver line‑maintenance services for Qatar Airways, ensuring aircraft are airworthy and ready for operation. Working under the Station Maintenance Manager, you will support daily operational needs and respond to AOG situations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs and servicing of aircraft, engines and components in line with company procedures and regulatory standards.
• Assist the Duty Engineer with technical documentation, ensuring accurate and timely capture of maintenance data.
• Provide AOG support in Singapore and travel to other stations for aircraft recovery when required.
• Maintain the line store and ensure all tools and equipment are serviceable before use.
• Execute line‑maintenance tasks for customer airlines according to contractual agreements.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or vocational qualification in Aircraft Maintenance or a related trade.
• Minimum five years of experience on modern jet aircraft, including A350, A380, B777 (passenger/freighter) and B787.
• Ability to work independently in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong communication skills and legal right to live and work in Singapore.
