APAC Digital Products Lead – Digital Health

About the role

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, is looking for an APAC Digital Products Lead based in Singapore. The role will drive the development and commercialisation of digital products and data‑driven solutions that form part of the VELYS ecosystem across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will work closely with global teams and local market stakeholders to translate strategy into a concrete digital roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC digital and data product vision in line with the global roadmap.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to pilot, test and scale connectivity and data solutions for the VELYS platform.
• Secure alignment and support from global partners to ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate product strategy, progress and updates to senior leadership and country teams.
• Gather user insights through voice‑of‑customer research and usability studies.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to create regional commercialisation strategies.
• Oversee product positioning, messaging and differentiation across APAC markets.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to all stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior colleagues and foster capability development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree preferred (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, MBA or Digital).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably orthopaedics.
• Proven experience working in international matrix organisations.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with connected platforms and digital health programmes.
