APAC Sales Manager – Banking & Financial Services

About the role

As an APAC Sales Manager you will be responsible for winning new business, expanding the territory and achieving ambitious sales targets within the banking and financial services sector. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial client engagement to contract signature, while building trusted, long‑term relationships with senior executives and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver new‑logo sales targets set by the Regional Sales Director.
• Develop and execute a focused territory sales plan aligned with company strategy.
• Lead the complete sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation and deal closure.
• Coordinate pre‑sales and specialist resources to shape solutions and deliver compelling proposals.
• Build executive‑level relationships and create trusted partnerships for long‑term engagement.
• Contribute to market research and develop detailed prospective‑client profiles.

Required profile

• 10+ years of proven new‑business sales success in banking and financial services.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to engage senior executives and key decision‑makers across organisations.
• Deep understanding of banking operations (front, middle, back office) and IT/software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Established network in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia is advantageous.
