Architectural Coordinator – Building Construction

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will support the Project Manager and Project Engineer in planning and executing structural and architectural works for building construction projects in Singapore. This role involves on‑site coordination, liaison with authorities, and ensuring that all architectural deliverables meet contract specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PM/PE in planning and executing structural and architectural works.
• Lead on‑site coordination with all trades and subcontractors.
• Liaise with the RTO for inspections and submit required documentation.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, material lists, and Method of Statement (MOS).
• Review shop drawings submitted by subcontractors for compliance.
• Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with contracts and drawings.
• Procure and monitor architectural‑related materials.
• Conduct inspections, trade demos, material testing, and mock‑ups.
• Verify compliance with TOP checklist and RI (Achi) requirements.
• Attend subcontractor meetings and handle contract administration.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building or construction trades in Singapore, preferably on D&B or HDB BTO projects.
• Preferably Singaporean citizenship.
